1) if someone you know or someone you doesn't feel like hurting although he's CRAZY,
you can always call himm emotionally different

'i was punched in the nose by an emotionally different person.'

2)or if your dad are shining-deadly-bald and you don't want to embarrase him,you can simply called it hair disadvantaged


3)okay,this is the sensitive issue although i call it a pre-mature-issue!take note,if someone is FAT,don't you ever dare call her tht or either you or your dog's life will be terminated.why don't you politely call her larger-than-average citizen or horizontally challenged...or even ignoring their size altogether!
